Maggie O'Reilly, OTR/L

Hi I'm Maggie, owner and founder of Live Oak Kids. I grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, playing in the woods behind my house and climbing in the haystacks of my Dad's little red barn. I studied dance from a young age and completed a BA in Dance before moving to California in 1999. After years of teaching dance and searching for a more fulfilling career, my Aunt Ruthie recommended Occupational Therapy, and I am so glad she did! I completed a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2007 and have been working as Pediatric Occupational Therapist ever since. I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient rehabilitation, pediatric clinics, home-based early intervention and school-based settings. After having my daughter Maeve, I have been even more motivated to provide accessible and engaging programming for children.

I specialize in early intervention services (ages 2-5) as well as sensory integration and oculomotor/vision rehabilitation interventions for children ages 2-12.
